" Strange moving object in Nortwest Medford, Oregon skyWhile walking dog in my neighborhood, I saw a bright rectangular shape in the sky. It had rectangular lights that began from left to right, 1 white, 2 reds, 1 white. I thought at first that it was a plane, but rather than moving forward, it first hovered without any movement- just stayed in the same spot in the sky. It then moved left - sideways. It hovered again briefly, moved downward, then flashed all lights three times together, then disappeared! "
