"We've lived our address for many years now but in the last 4 years we have spotted transparentblue beams of light which shoot down from the sky in a location of about 60 feet across, the actual beam of lights are about 2 feet across.I want to state these lights are barely visible to the naked eye, some nights they are more noticeablethan other times, and other nights we've not seen them, these have been seen by my wife and other family members plus after friends have been told they've also seen the lights as they have explained exactly what we've seen.I know what northern light's look like and we barely get them showing here and when we do they arevery noticeable, i'm a keen photographer and tried to capture these beams without success, i'm yet to try another dslr without infrared filter enabled, but truthfully i seem to think they are to quick forthe camera to pickup, if you want anymore information please contact myself with the email used.RegardsPaul."
