Witness Testimony

"A brother, sister and their friend went to Cedar Creek, KS to go fishing. When they arrived and walked up to bridge, the brother and sister saw a white stationary light under the water. This scared the boy and he began running to the car. The girl turned to tell him to come back as their friend arrived at the bridge. When both looked at the water their were now three orange lights, 6 feet equidistance, in a triangular shaped formation under the water. This freaked them out as well. They ran away and left the scene."
