Witness Testimony

"I happened to look south as I was walking near my home in the country. I thought I was seeing vehicle tail lights above the trees on the hill, but that's not possible. These lights were too bright to be stars, there was no distortion as there would have been for a distant object(like an airplane near the horizon). The light on the left(east) was further away from the other two. There seemed to be a gleam of white light that surrounded and connected all three. The 'gleam' was more pronounced between the two that were farther apart. They were in a straight line from east to west. They blinked out one by one, from east to west. I detected no movement.The lights themselves were orange with black outline with the intense white light surrounding them all.I felt strangely excited, having never witnessed such a thing before. "
