Witness Testimony

"Driving home from work, it had been storming. Seen an orange line against dark sky. It seemed to hover then slowly rotate, that's when I seen it had a round outline. Only half the circle had a glowing edge. It stayed on it's side and was hard to see through trees and clouds. I drove to argillite fire dept parking lot. Watched it slowly rotate and fade into a storm cloud. The moon was behind me and behind clouds but still illuminated sky enough to see clouds. It was silent but definitely a solid object with purposeful movements. I took pics and lights, and shape can be made out.A similar object was photographed in south point Ohio a few weeks ago during a storm. Just 45 minutes away."
