Witness Testimony

"I was outside taking out trash and looked up to the East towards Mingus Mt.. The object was higher than the Mt. It was rotating on a vertical axis. It appeared to be a 2 dimensional object. With width and height but no depth from my perspective. One side was bright metallic red and the opposite side was flat black. I did not flutter. It rotated apparently in a smooth motion on it's vertical axis with no apparent variation in speed and disappeared into an approaching thunder storm..This is My companion's recollection. I came outside and was told to look at that. I observed a shiny metallic red object in the sky. It seemed to float back and forth on its axis against the wind. The object seemed to defy the wind in that it stayed in the same area without going into the clouds or being blown away. At first I thought it was a plastic bag, but most plastic bags are no all red in color. The object moved just enough to make me realize that this could be a UFO. Since it wasn't going anywhere. As the clouds blew past, the object stayed in the same place but moving just enough for me to see the shininess of it. i kept my eyes fixated on the object until it suddenly disappeared into the clouds moving into the blowing clouds. It had to be a UFO. What else could it have been? "
