Witness Testimony

"Lights over prescott. i am in my spa every morning before dawn. 12/12 at 6:05 there was a stream of 36 points of light moving across the sky equidistant and at the same rate of speed. they came in from the north northwest. they came into view about 5 seconds apart. there may have been a few more that i did not see before the first one. the wind was calm and there was no sound. they were slightly west of directly overhead by about 2 degrees. they were at high altitude. no vapor trails and no flashing lights. light was from all directions not just headlights so a reflection from the sun and moon. "
