Witness Testimony

"This is the email i sent to your mufon investigator here in phoenix. he suggested i actually send it to the mufon website. this is what i sent him. oct 31, 2018, 9:07 pm (2 days ago) to dennis sir, my name is ricardo "ric" munoz. this even just took place up to ten minutes ago. currently it is 8:49 pm. i live in the deer valley area. i just turned onto 28th avenue (north) from w. foothill drive and i immediately noticed an asymmetrical shaped object above. i can not estimate the distance and altitude due to the street making it difficult to do so. my daughter jazmyne marie was with me, as i just picked her up at a friends house from trick or treating. as i drove up on 28th avenue for a short distance, i stopped the vehicle and told my daughter to grab her phone; mine was home charging. unfortunately, her phone couldn't take the photo. we observed this object for a couple of minutes and quickly got back in the car and drove home to get off the road; a short distance from where we stopped. we immediately picked up the object again. again, i observed it for another five minutes or so until it was out of sight and i quickly came online to notify you while it's still fresh in my head. the best way to describe it was stated by my daughter as it appeared as a flying jellyfish. there was a dim light within it. i saw it as a yellow-reddish tint. my daughter saw it as a slightly pink color. it was silent and changed shapes between cigar shape, when i first notice it then a wide boomerang, and the light within it was getting brighter, and would dim once it changed shapes. it moved slowly so i was able to follow it on a northern flight pattern. however, when i first noticed it, it was moving in a south-southwest direction. it was as if it knew we were observing it and then changed to a northern course. i'd be happy to speak to anyone at mufon, if needed to make an official report. please feel free to contact me at this address or my cell phone: 480-593-7104. thank you for your time. respectfully, ric munoz"
