Witness Testimony

"A buddy and I where exiting a pool hall approx. 11:50 pm on April 16, 2005, as we were was walking towards my car, I sensed a force or presence in the sky over my right shoulder that made the hair on my neck stand-up. As I spun myself around southward towards the Ste. Mary River from the Ontario side, which divides Soo Saint Marie, Michigan, directly over our city hall building, I pointed upwards and we both saw an aircraft, black in color, right before us it un-cloaked while slowing down to a hovering standstill and after a few seconds it cloaked again to a point it was invisible. At that point its direction and speed were unknown. There was NO sound emanating from the craft. Total silence.It appeared to resemble the Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird. Either this is reversed technology being test on unsuspecting people or something else we cannot explain! I have been up and close to a SR-71 at an airshow and know what I saw.My initial reaction was I wasn't sure what I saw actually happened. I had to confirm with my friend if he saw something and its behaviour, which he did confirm to me."
