"Blue/Blue-green dot/star like object visible from right side of Vistula river near Slasko-Dabrowski bridge (52.247545, 21.025510). Object moved from Palace of Culture (as seen from provided location), just over horizon and top of the building just over Kościół seminaryjny (pokarmelicki) in Warsaw. It has characteristic towers. Object fainted to completely dark for ~30-45 then re-appeared. After that it moved over horizon in West direction."
