"I was walking past the palace of culture and decided to take some pics as it looked nice. i was walking whilst snapping some shots and not really paying much attention. i didn’t notice the lights at the time, it was only after returning home that myself and my father saw the lights. i have a few photos where the lights seem to be in different configurations. they also look like they are in the clouds partly covered.
