Witness Testimony

"On Friday, August 14, 2015 at approximately 9:30pm ATL there were four of us outside relaxing after the day. The first one to witness it saw it about NW and said "wow look how bright that plane is!". The other 3 of us looked and said "that isn't a plane, there are no lights".It was about the size of a planet, and extremely bright, brighter than the stars. It was a clear night and the sky was wide open. It was a lot larger than the stars and appeared to be flying at the same altitude that a plane would, but maybe lower. We weren't frightened, more excited, likely because of its distance. As it came overhead, we noticed a second identical light coming South to North. They crossed paths directly above our heads, and the second one we had seen disappeared. We resumed watching the first one that began to "bounce" and change directions. It was going a steady speed until it started bouncing, it slowed down and started hovering. It bounced again then continued NE where it started flashing off (so it appeared to be gone) then back on again. Finally it turned a deep crimson red colour, and just vanished. A few minutes later smaller planes and helicopters appeared to be travelling in the direction we last saw it. "
