"I was with 2 other people when this event occurred. there were 2 blinking lights beside each other, blinking randomly and staying stationary for the most part. then it went left, then went back to its initial position. then it slowly went off in the ditance. the whole event lasted 20 minutes. it was located over the caribou ferry. the next day, the confederation, the most technologically advanced of the two ferries, was shut down for two days due to mechanical issues."
