"Me and two other people had seen this two lights blinking together at around 12:01 am july 10, 2017. it was above the caribou ferry in pictou county. it was completely stationary. then it suddenly moved left, and then went back to where it was initially. it stayed there for awhile, and then slowly disappeared off into the distance. the whole event lasted about 20 minutes. the next day, the confederation, the more technologically advanced of the two ferries, was not running due to mechanical issues, lasting for 2 days."
