Witness Testimony

"For about a week there appears at around 4:30 in the afternoon a star-like object over town, many miles up. It appears as a star with a smaller light that flashes randomly attached just at the right of the bigger one. It remains absolutely still in the sky, until it disappears after about fifteen minutes. I have only observed it during the drive home from work. I have not seen its initial appearance, so I don't know how long exactly it sits I the sky before it disappears. It couldn't be a plane or helicopter because it remains absolutely stationary, appearing at the very same point in the sky every day, an the light it emits is far too bright for the time of day. It's not a star, because of the time of day, and the smaller flashing light right next to it. I'll try to get some video next time I see it, but it's just so far away. I can find no other documented sightings that sound like this one, so please let me know if there are any others like this you hear about. The rest of the town has to see it too, but nobody else says they've seen such a thing."
