Witness Testimony

"At approximately 8:30 pm, I went out back to smoke a cigarette, (facing west) saw a bright red light rise up over the roof of the house caddy corner (south west) behind me. It continued to rise up from valley while arcing north and rose over the mountain line, (from my perspective) over the back of Heavenly Valley Ski Resort and then seemed to shift to a north-west direction. Then, while still in view, the light started to "shutter", then it was gone!"
