"I was driving to work on 03/NOV/2015 around 06:45h. am and the camera in the car recorded these images.I didn`t see this with my eyes, i only saw it after a few days when i was visualising and deleting the files of the week in the camera. The full original video has 1Gb so i edited the original file just to cut the moment of the strange ligt with some kind of beam acting like a scan "
