Witness Testimony

"On the night of 27 april to 28 of april, me and my girlfriend were smoking outside on my balcony which is located on the third/final floor. we saw very bright lights in the sky's which was moving way too fast for it to be an airplane, also it was flying way too low and made absolutely no sound. these lights were flying around for a while until we saw one of them relatively close to us. it was hovering right above the buildings. in our town buildings don't get larger than three floors, so when we saw one up close we could see that the flying disk was in 45degree angle slowly moving above the buildings. i tried to make a video footage however my camera in the dark was absolutely useless."
