"7:55 pm, I saw a bright amber light, but a darker amber then street lights. Traveling from north to south, over Griffin Ga. There were NO strobe lights, NO sound at all not a helicopter or plane, low flying, it slowed down and stopped for about 5-10 seconds then continued. I immediately parked my suv and got out and watched this light heading south. Completely silent, and no flashing strobes, flying horizontally. Only other thought is it could be a stealth helicopter. ????? and sorry no photo my old I-3 is not much to photograph with."
