Witness Testimony

"I used the ce5 protocols and asked any cosmic beings to come and join me if it was safe for them. almost immediately after i looked up into the sky and saw 3 lights in a perfect triangle. they didn't appear to be moving or blinking so i looked at another light below the left triangle light and witnessed it blink on and off and move side to side. it was very high in the sky and from my vantage point the light only moved a few inches. after i noticed this single moving light i widened my gaze and noticed there were about 8 or so other lights that started doing the same thing. i took out my phone, turned on the video recorder, and looked skyward. unfortunately the lights were too far away for the camera's zoom to reach them. however, when i gazed back down through the phone's camera i saw 2 blue lights and noticed the streetlight in my col-de-sac was extremely bright and even had what looked like translucent wings (see video). i was very surprised because i couldn't see any of these close lights with my naked eye. i proceeded to tape them for probably 30 minutes or so and through that time i saw them zig-zag across, spin in circles, and seemed to be helping me by staying in my camera's frame as i moved it around. it was very cool and i caught it all on my phone."
