"This looked like the craft i reported seeing in july 2019. it was very similar, as it was flying around in circles changing direction like the one seen in july. it was triangular shape with 2 lights pulsating on the front horizontal panel, a flashing red and blue light on the sides and a white flashing light on the underside back end of the craft. it had no wings. it looked like a triangle with the apex cut off by the lights panel."
