Witness Testimony

" Blinking red, green and yellow lights above Dam Lake, Sugar Camp WISeptember 6th and 7th, 2015 we observed blinking red, green and yellow lights in the sky while up at Dam Lake in Sugar Camp, WI. These were in the same spot on both nights, in the west-southwestern sky, to the left, or south of the big dipper handle. I have seen the same lights last year above the tree line on the northern shore of the same lake. This past weekend they looked like they were high enough to be stars, but the blinking lights tells me it is something else. We observed them for at least 20 minutes. They were better seen with binoculars but still I could not make out a shape.
