"I was at Nicolet College field star watching, when I noticed 50+ flashing lights come up over the tree line to the south. they were randomly flashing some bright some dim. They hovered for about 3 minutes before moving off to the East. as they moved east they seemed to consolidate into 6-7 bright lights. I am not sure how to describe the noise as they moved off into the distance. when they were near me there was no sound. I was only able to get one video of the objects before my phone started to malfunction. I was only able to get a small portion of the lights. It is hard to see on video if you have the lights on."
