" 2 lights seen off the east coast of the Island of Guernsey in the English channel. First noticed at 0300 and again at 0350 and 0400 (daylight savings also occured this morning. I have stated the 'new' times.) The lights brightened and dimmed but did not move. The lights were white with a faint orange colour when at their brightest. "
