Witness Testimony

"While walking the dog I was looking straight east, and I saw a light travelling from southeast to northeast, it was followed by another and another. I kept looking and several more became visible all following, although not exactly single file. The first one I saw by itself, was followed by three in an angled triangle (i.e. not perfect triangle), and then there were more after that more or less in single file. There were 10 or 11 or so that I could see. They were low on the horizon, and were sometimes blocked by the tops of trees. I often see airplanes this time of night as they approach Kansas City International airport from the east and these lights were definitely not planes, but they did travel quite a bit faster than airplanes I have seen on a similar flight path. There was no discernible sound heard - but if they had been planes, I definitely would have heard them as I have often seen planes coming from that direction and following a similar path. This was between 9:30 and 9:50 pm Saturday April 23rd. (sorry not exact on the time because I was not wearing my watch and had forgotten to bring my phone with me). The sighting only lasted slightly over a minute or so.During the short sighting, the lights pulsated and the colors changed between white, yellow and green and would dim and brighten, but not in unison.
