Witness Testimony

"At 9:30 i stepped outside my house to smoke a cigarette... i always look at the stars while outside at night... At one point i looked at a particular group of stars directly above me and there was a flash... not a bright flash more of a dull flash that appeared and then stayed...as i tried to focus my eyes on wat i was looking at it began to move... at first i thought it was a plane but it appeared bigger than the stars....i might add that the reason i focused on it was because the brightness of the object was not constant nor did it blink... it was almost as if it was reflecting the light from the city...anyway it moved from east to west and it changed its brightness from dull to bareley noticable except that my eyes had already locked on to it...i watched it appear to slow down speed up and head east...no blinking lights as the planes that fly overhead do at night...just a maintained dull light on an obvious orb....that changed intensity as it flew over and away...it appeared to change direction before it got far enuff away to where i lost sight of it but not certain...it truly excited me and i told my wife immediately..."
