Witness Testimony

"At 9:56 pm central on may 17, 2017, i was driving down the road when i observed what i thought was an unfamiliar large dim star. i continued driving, while continuing to observe the "star". the object suddenly flashed a bright light white light very quickly, almost like a lighthouse light rotates, from one side to the other. i immediately felt a sudden rush of excitement and nervousness. as soon as this happened the object immediately turned into a faint red light that occasionally flashed brighter red. at this point, i called my co-worker and informed if of the direction of the object. he began to look around the sky and located the object directly overhead of him. he said he was able to see the outline of the object, as it was darker than the night sky. he said it was a triangular shape and then lost sight of it. at this time i also lost sight of the object.
