Witness Testimony

"As I walked to my house from a friend in the evening at the middle of a medium-active area (cars people etc) I suddenly noticed a group of lights in the sky, steady lights in clear sky, it didn't move. It was a collection of over 20 light spots creating some sort of a figure or maybe just scattered. After 5 sec the lights turned off gently and gradually. It was not so dark in the sky, so I could see the objects which probably emitted the light. They were really tiny and circular and in the center of it they had some sort of canopy. In this stage I also saw the objects flying and moving, they had flying maneuvars like a fly. After 5-10 sec , the lights turned on again gently and gradually . It was a beautiful sight to see. The lights were more organized this time and created again maybe a shape of somthing for 5 sec and then the lights turned off in the same manner. After the 2nd light event I could still see the objects but they disappeared really quick . I was trying to see whether they're going to turn on again but after 10 min of staring and waiting I decided to go on. During the event no one noticed it, as it was so short."
