Witness Testimony

"It was nearing the end of my work shift in the evening and i noticed that the sky had a really nice sun set so i decided to walk out back and snap a quick photo. i proceeded out side and found a good position and focus on my camera so i could get the best possible resolution. i didn't really focus on the contents of the photo just that it was in focus so when i walked back in i looked at my camera roll to make sure it was a good picture. when i found the photo i noticed something that didn't seem to belong...It was a blueish green glow at the top of the photo and when i zoomed in i couldn't believe what i was seeing, or what i thought i was seeing. it appears to have two rings almost like two levels and under each ring is the blueish green glow as well as what appears to be a shaft that runs up the middle of both of the rings connecting them. i ran back out side after about 20 seconds of looking at it but nothing was visible that would match what i was seeing on my phone."
