Witness Testimony

"My neighbor called me to come outside he was taking his dogs out. he said and i quote " you gotta come outside and see this sh*t". i went out and looked up and there it was near both our homes. 3 blinking lights making a continuance flash ever time. it was a black triangle moving east with no sound at a steady slow pace with no sound. i am a retired af technical sgt and i have been around aircraft for over 22 years. this was very strange. i had seen the same thing 5 years ago in april except there were 2 of them translucent and could only be seen when the lightening lit up the sky, a person in atlanta reported the same thing i saw only 1 1/2 hours after i saw it. regards, dale smith usaf retired"
