"Currently sat on negril beach with my binoculars, there is a moving flashing object in the sky it is flashing red and green and white, it is darting around in a strange way it is very quick firlst I thought it was a plane but there is no way the plane could move in such random directions as quick as the object was. it appears that it keeps going back to the same place it originally was before daring in different directions very quickly! "
