Witness Testimony

"I was at home watching netflix, and i don't know how i noticed it. i just saw green lights that were strobe like so i stood up and went to the window, i thought about getting my phone but i just kept looking and then it just vanished. i thought it might have been lighting but it was green lights that were strobing. the lights were strobing one glowed then faded as the other glowed and they went from left to right, i couldn't see anything but them lights i had no idea what it was and i just assumed it was behind the clouds. during the sighting i was shocked, i had no idea what it was, and i still don't. i've never saw anything like that before. i just wanted to film it and put it on snapchat and ask is anyone seeing this? by the time i actually thought get your phone it disappeared. the lights just disappeared out of nowhere "
