" Orange ball no trailer/ exhaust cleard horizen east to west in 22 minutes , Cebu Philippines.Object viewed through binoculars was round orange {Not red} same diameter as Mars would be, moved east to west 35/40 degrees seemed high altitude no noise no tail/exhaust seen. Not "ISS OR METEORITE" Some intermittent broken cloud was in sight 90% of the time.Did not return {as in orbit would have}! Seen from garden both sides of house in Yati, Li-Loan east coast 11 miles from Cebu 2,5 miles from sea. I am a retired UK Police officer , as far as I know my wife and I were the only viewers , She thought it was Mars, I know it was not, as moving to fast and wrong colour. I did study Astronomy and build a 6 inch Newtonian reflecting telescope. Trust Binoculars used rated at 8 x fixed zoom, is all I had to hand. They are Photograph compliment,but the object was too small.The outside temperature was 30%. End Report. "
