Witness Testimony

"At 07:14 pm on april 18, 2020 (philippine time) my wife, four year old daughter and i were sitting on our balcony (penthouse unit - top of 8 story building) enjoying the city view. my daughter was asking me about the stars and i pointed out the big dipper. suddenly, my daughter said: "dada, look!" (while pointing to the sky), we all observed a very large thing with about 6-10 dim lights on it's leading edge travelling silently in the sky. it looked like a cloud with dim lights in front of it, or a transparent half circle. it was not a cloud as the sky was clear and the wind was blowing the opposite direction that it was moving. i realize wind currents can be different depending on altitude, but this thing was about one mile away (50 degrees) this thing was about the size of two aircraft carriers or larger. i have no idea what this thing was. at first we thought it was a cloud blowing past, but i stated to my wife that it is not a cloud, it is something else. this thing was visible for about 25 seconds and i have no idea what it was. i completed flight ground school and soloed (never licensed) and i know'study aircraft as a hobby. i am also a retired fire department lieutenant and licensed real estate broker 26 years. this thing was too large and unconventional to be anything of this world or an incredible secret craft. "
