Witness Testimony

"It was past 2AM on May 1st, the sky was overcast, no stars visible. i saw these two lights in the distance. i thought they were airplanes because they were blinking red and white but they were stationary. i could tell because a plane flew below the lights coming in for a landing. i watched these lights for a long period to make sure they were not stars. they were not moving at all and continued blinking. i wish i had a camera. i went back to the same place where i saw these lights a couple of hours later but they were gone. did anybody else see these lights?"
