Witness Testimony

"Monday morning during the local channel 2 news broadcast, the station was showing a live shot of charleston harbor from a web cam when a white light entered from screen left, just above the city's skyline, and rapidly crossed to exit screen right. definitely was not a plane and was too low to be a meteor — it was just above the city skyline. additionally, we had cloud cover at the time and were it a meteor, it probably would not have been visible due to the low cloud deck. no one at the station commented or seemed to have seen it. my wife and i re-watched it on our tivo a number of times trying to determine what the object may have been. i have emailed the station, but received no response. the speed with which the light traversed the peninsula that was within view was quite astounding. "
