Witness Testimony

"I just found this video in my files. after looking at it for a bit, i began to remember that i witnessed a large object appear at the edge of a storm front, then proceed to hover above the storm as it passed beneath. i wouldn't normally think much of such and event, except the object disappeared and reappeared so i began filming a video because the object and what it was doing did not seem natural. since there was lightning in the storm but no thunder heard, the storm and the object had to be very far away. based on where i was living at the time in del rio,tx, i'm sure the object and the storm were located over mexican airspace. after all these years, i've watched the video several times and still cannot find an explanation for what i saw.
