SIGHTING: PANAMA CITY BEACH, FLORIDA (UNITED STATES)

Witness Testimony

"Five of us were ona beach when three of us noticed a light in the sky. one is a small child so i didn’t include them in the witness number. i was the fifth person. i was in the water when the first object appeared. i noticed that the people on the beach were very excitable. i decided to stay in the water since i couldn’t hear what they were excited about. on witness said that when he saw the first object he thought it was just a military helicopter doing maneuvers since there are two bases nearby. another witness didn’t believe in ufos prior to the event and stated that he now does. the first object disappeared after about 3-5 seconds according to the other three witnesses. after about five minutes the next one appeared; this object was much less vague. between the lights you could see a black surface. the lights were a dull orange color. from my view i believed this to be one object. the second ufo was also a small distance away but in the same area as the first. i speculate that they are the same. on witness described them as coming out of the water. after the same amount of time as the first it disappeared. we waited for approximately ten minutes but didn’t see anything else. about an hour later we saw a helicopter cross over the ocean near where the object was sighted. these are the only things to report."
