Witness Testimony

"This occurred early in the morning on october7, 2016 over the gulf of mexico, looking southeast from rosemary beach, fl. this is not the first time that i and my family have seen the objects in question. this particular time there appeared to be 10 - 15 objects clustered at high altitude above the gulf. the objects appear to spin and make rapid direction changes while moving at high speed. they also appear to change color quite rapidly. these objects are visible for relatively long periods of time...Usually between 30 mins and 1 -2 hours...And always appear in clusters of similar objects. we live between tyndall and eglin air force bases, so i suppose they could be associated with either one, but if they are then there are some crazy experimental aircraft that the government is keeping under wraps....Attached a video of one of the objects...The video is zoomed pretty significantly, but at the end i zoom back out and you can get a sense of the altitude."
