Witness Testimony

"I was sitting on my front porch in navarre florida at 9:07pm on 12 july 18, facing southeast. tropical weather rolling in all evening. i noticed something in the sky sequentially pulsating but not moving. i could tell it was fairly large from my position, but couldn't make out exact details. it was strange enough, i thought to take video of the incident as it unfolded, in disbelief. as fast as it appeared, it was gone. i sat there for a few mins trying to make sense of what i just saw. then i decided to check the neighborhood facebook forum to see if anyone might have seen the same thing and posted something. to my amazement, i found a picture posted by a resident on the forum, 50 minutes later, thanking the gulf power crews for getting their power working again. with a picture of the crews at work, with something clearly visible in the night sky. after connecting a few dots. i learned that if i were to draw a line on a map from my view point, straight outwards. it would intersect the location where the picture was taken, on gandy and crescent st. also keep in mind, i'm on the gulf coast. all aircraft have been grounded for hours due to impacts of tropical storm barry making landfall 3 1/2 hours away. it's been storming all day and night. no other aircraft were observed in the sky.
