Witness Testimony

"While walking from my workshop to our house i noticed what i first thought was a very bright star. it caught my attention and i started to look at it and then noticed this "star" was not stationary but wavering back and forth south to north, east to west in a sort of circularly motion. i quickly went into the house and grabbed my cell phone hoping it would still be there when i came back outside. it was and i started to video the image resting my elbows on my stair rail to stay as steady as possible . i videoed for what seemed along time but probably only a couple minutes when all off a sudden the object just took off to the east on a bit of a downward path and it was gone. i have tried to e-mail what i have on video but without success but it is still on my phone. david hay"
