"At least a dozen star-like dots moving around the sky in various ways, usually in small non-linear motions, but sometimes darting across the sky in a manner similar to having a laser pointer and flicking it (from ground observer perspective), moving across the sky without regard for inertia or acceleration. occasionally emitted dull beams / flashes of light, also occasionally split off into more objects."
