Witness Testimony

"At around 11:30 PM, I heard loud noises that sounded something like a helicopter, but different. There were no chopping noises of the blades spinning through the air. It was just loud and aggressive. After a few minutes of this I got considered, got out of my bed to look outside. In the air, above my house was a circular bright light, with flashing green, just hovering and standing in one spot. I questioned if it was an airplane or something but then it darted across the sky until it disappeared. The way it moved through the sky is the reason I think it was something abnormal. It glided very quickly but very smoothly, unlike anything I've seen before."
