Witness Testimony

"We were setting in the house when we heard a large 2 prop helicopter flying over us. my niece and i went outside to observe the helicopter it was coming from the west most likely scott air force base also there 2 jets that looked lime fighter jet also in the sky coming from the west also. as we were watching the aircraft, i noticed 3 white spheres in the north eastern sky. they were moving in a straight line south then abruptly stared heading northeast again and continued to make abrupt changes in direction. this continued for several minutes until the jets were seen again coming from the south. that is when the basically stopped hovered for a second and took off in the opposite direction heading east again and what looked like increasing elevation. was able to snap a picture of one there were no lights on it flashing or other wise."
