Witness Testimony

" Today, out on the deck while listening to a podcast and watching the sky, I happen to notice a small object hovering over a neighbor's house. At first glance, it appeared to be a giant bug or a bird at first, but I soon realized it was too high in the air and was perfectly stationary. The object hovered above this house for about ten minutes or so before it started moving almost in a zig-zag rather quickly before it flew out of visual at a very high rate of speed.However, the object returned as fast as it had left, but appeared over a different house. It repeated this action quite a few times. This went on for a good hour to an hour and a half before it finally left the area. I'm not sure what it was doing, but if I had to guess it was collecting intell.The object was about the size of a softball at about a thousand feet. It was dark in color and had no identifying lights. There was no sound or noise of any kind coming from the object. The weather was calm with a wind speed of 5 mph and frequent gusts of 17 mph with a visibility of 10.00 miles.
