Witness Testimony

"I was walking back from my local post office. which is 1/2 block from my residence. bright blue clear sky. i came out of the post office heading west on the sidewalk. caught movement, looked up at a 10 o’clock position in the sky was the u.A.P. it was traveling north, northeast in a slower than a planes speed. no sound. i observed it while wearing polarized sun glasses. as with the naked eye, it was almost invisible. it was not behaving like a balloon, or a plane. it’s flight path had variations in direction and speed. but kept traveling primarily north. i observed it until i could no longer see it. which was about 4 minutes. after i first noticed the u.A.P. i was able to eliminate what it was not. due to it’s flight behavior. because of my training in the military and law enforcement, i am a trained observer. i am never absolute in decisions in regards to an unsub observation due to variables. i give percentages of possibilities. and i am 90% sure this was not a plane or balloon."
