Witness Testimony

"On september 20th, 2019 at 7:45pm i noticed a formation of lights in the sky. they were dim but visible. they formed a sort of slanted rectangle/parallelogram and the entire formation slowly moved exactly north. one of the lights seems to fade in an out. the lights never left their formation and they all moved as one object. it was very large if it was, indeed, a single object. i took out my phone (iphone xs) and recorded them as best i could. they are very very faint but i'm hoping we can clear the video up. after those lights were gone (not sure if they kept moving or disappeared), a couple minutes later (8:00pm) i saw a much brighter light in the sky. it looked like a very very bright star. it was also moving north, possibly north-northeast. the light was moving slow and it made no turns or any changes in velocity. i'd be willing to write this one light off as some satellite or something (it seemed too big and bright for a satellite, yet too big and far for a drone), but the fact it showed up in the same spot where i saw the formation of lights immediately after leads me to think it's possible they are related events, or part of the same event. i filmed this brighter light for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds and it is very clear and mostly stable with buildings in the foreground, etc."
