"Observed a shiny disc like object following an airliner chem trail at high altitude coming from the southwest, going towards the northeast. the object then stopped in the chem trail and hovered for approximately one minute before suddenly changing directions and appearing dark charcoal in color as it traveled away to the southeast at high speed. the weather was clear except for numerous long contrails which were dissipating. "
