Witness Testimony

"Went for ride on snowmobile down railroad tracks, came to stop to let sled cool down since there was no snow to cool heat exchanger under tunnel on sled. while sitting i look to my right to see bright red lights in the sky. what at first i thought was a police blackhawk making it's rounds over the area turned out to not be what i thought. the object was over 300ft in diameter at it's smallest point with the greatest diameter possibly over 450-500ft. object was bell shaped with rows of red lights going around the bottom of the bell. lights were stacked vertically in either a row of three or five. lights would go from pulsations together, pulsations with 1 row dark and the next lit to lights flashing (as viewed at the time) randomized order in all rows. object then released an extremely bright orb out of the bottom of the bell. orb moved i an erratic manner similar to a flying insect ( think moth or commo. house fly) before becoming non luminous and zipping towards the direction of the beekman town hall and police substation making no noise whatsoever. bell shaped object hovered for 3 minutes before finally moving towards the green haven prison and stormville mountain. i proceeded to restart my snowmobile and accelerated to about 60mph on the trail with less then 2/3rds of a mile to the railroad crossing at old green haven road. i stopped as the object accelerated far faster then my snowmobile could and object dissapiered behind tree cover. i lifted my snowmobile and turned it around in the opposite direction and headed home."
