Witness Testimony

"My wife and i were walking around our neighborhood. we stopped to look at the sunset over the water, after about 3 minutes of looking at it i started to see a little black speck right above the clouds. i took it for a small piece of a cloud that just wasn't with the rest but a couple minutes later i looked to the spot of where it was again, it wasn't there. i started to scam the skyline to try to find it again and there it was, on the other side of the water now. my curiosities rose so i ended up telling my wife. she could instantly see what i was talking about and wondered what it was. then, two minutes later 3 more specks that looked exactly the same started hovering in a vertical position. i went to grab my phone to take a picture before realizing i have forgotten it at our house. i asked my wife and she had done the same. we stared at them for a few minutes before it started to get dark and cold, we had to go home. when we got home we tried to do some research but nothing could be found so i immediately wrote this report.
